The KW Training yoga block is made of sustainably sourced cork, and is invaluable for extra support during your workouts.
Use it to adjust depth on your reps, to limit range of motion, for example a deep squat due to injury or pregnancy, or as a balancing aid when you can't quite reach the floor. It can be used to rest your head on when performing ground-based movements, or grip between ankles, knees, thighs, or arms, for added intensity and body feedback.
