KW Training strength bands add assistance, resistance and mobility into your workouts and daily routine. Use them in warm-ups for muscle priming, joint mobility, and gradually increasing heart rate and body temperature.
Throughout your sessions, progress your pull-ups, add stimulus to squats, deadlifts, presses, intentionally challenge yourself by targeting smaller stabilising muscles, all without adding extra pressure on your joints.
