What To Expect
Our Complete Home Strength programme is designed to build your strength and muscle endurance over 3 phases in 9 weeks of progressive training. It includes incredibly effective training methods and will keep you motivated, challenged and engaged.
You'll be resistance training four days per week, with scheduled scheduled rest and active recovery days.
