Our most progressive gym-based package, designed to build strength from the ground up. Suitable for intermediate to advanced lifters.

A fantastic program which really helped me to get back into fitness after having my first baby. The workouts are easy to follow and require minimal equipment so can be done at home. This was super important for me as getting to the gym can be difficult with a new baby. Would definitely recommend
I don't do yoga, but these have made such a difference in my training. I use them for split squats, for a squat depth gauge, a head rest when I'm doing floor work, all sorts! The cork is soft too.
These are really great. Good quality and I like the non slip material on the inside. They don't snap up like the rubber band ones do. Durable and sweat doesn't affect them!
Essential for training now! I don't use it for typical 'booty workouts', but for exercises that use big muscle groups to work the smaller ones. I really feel a difference with these. Recommend!!
LOVE the hip bands. The best thing since covid times since I needed a little extra burn in my workouts at home. I mostly use the lighter band because the other two are quite strong. But depends how strong you are!
A really good band I bought it for the pregnancy program and a good in-between strength band. Not suitable for exercises that need lighter weight because it's quite strong
